How to Build the Big Swing!
Materials List
Qty 2 - 10 ft 4x6 Lumber
(For the top beams.) The most typical "4x6" lumber will measure approximately 3 1/2" by 5 1/2", and will fit the brackets. It should not measure a true 4.0" by 6.0".

Qty 8 - 10 ft 4x4 Lumber
(For the legs.) The most typical "4x4" lumber will measure approximately 3 1/2" by 3 1/2", and will fit the brackets. It should not measure a true 4.0" by 4.0".

Qty 4 - 6 ft 4x4 Lumber
(For the horizontal cross pieces on the legs.) Suggest buying 12 foot 4x4's and chopping them in half.

Qty 6 - 104 5/8" 2x6 Lumber
Qty 1 - 92 5/8" 2x4 Lumber

(For the deck.) You'll be cutting two 52" lengths out of each for the 12 deck boards. You'll be cutting a 52" piece from the 2x4 for the front face of the deck.

Qty 4 - 116 5/8" 2x6 Lumber
Qty 5 - 92 5/8" 2x6 Lumber

(For the tall rock climbing wall.) The bottom 2 boards from the 104 5/8". The next 8 boards from the 116 5/8". The top 5 boards from the 92 5/8".

Qty 5 - 92 5/8" 2x4 Lumber
(For the roof.) You'll be cutting two 90" pieces and two 71" pieces for the roof frame, and three pieces for the roof ridgeline.

Hardware Kit of Bolts
Complete 80-Piece kit of all bolts, washers, and nuts needed to build this swing set. All pieces are "galvanized" rather than "common zinc". Includes hardware for making swing set with 3 swings. Consider this kit as it will cost you less than half of sourcing the same galvanized hardware from your hardware store, Amazon, or any other online provider. In fact, consider this kit even if you plan to use the cheaper "common zinc" hardware, as the kit will still cost you less than sourcing that hardware from the hardware store. Additionally, the 4 1/2" and 7" bolts are difficult to source in galvanized material.
