We accept returns of brackets that have not been installed. This can be of the unopened box, or of an opened box in which the brackets have been placed in their original protective packaging. To return an order please contact us via the contact form above to request the return. When we receive the package we will refund the original amount less the original shipping amount. To avoid returns please read the reviews on Etsy.com that we link to here on this site, and please see our instructions and videos on this site to familiarize yourself with what you are purchasing. But please let us know of any extenuating circumstances you might have that we need to be aware of. What we value most are happy customers and good vibes.
